Where can I find my coat, ID card or USB stick if I have left it in the library?
Answer
If you have left something like a coat, umbrella, flask or charger in the library, staff will hold it at the counter until the end of the day. At the end of the day items like this will be taken to security staff at the reception for the campus for them to deal with as per their policy.
If you have left something more valuable like a wallet, phone, USB stick, jewellery or keys, library staff will take these immediately to security staff at the campus reception.
If you leave your BNU ID card in the library, we will email your BNU email address to let you know that we have it, we will not give your ID card to anyone except you. If you don't collect it by the end of the day, we will take it to security staff at reception.
