Why can't I access the e-book I need?
When I try and access the e-book I want, why do I get a message saying that I need to try again later?
Answer
Due to how e-books are sold and licenced some eBooks purchased by the library are subject to a limit on the number of readers that can access the book at the same time. When you view an e-book the e-book platform will display the information about the number of copies available. If no copies are available, try again later as one may have become free. If the current reader stops using the eBook for a length of time, it will automatically be made available to other readers.
