Online Chat: Our Ask A Librarian online chat service is available 24/7. It is staffed by the BNU Library team Monday-Thursday: 9am – 5pm and Friday: 9am - 4pm. Outside of these hours it is staffed by a team of librarians from a global co-op who can help you find and access information for your assignments, but are unable to answer questions relating to your library account or problems logging in. These will be referred to BNU library staff and answered as soon as possible.
