Noise in the Library

Talking is allowed in our libraries but designated silent zones are clearly marked. Sound does travel (particularly in the Gateway Library at the High Wycombe campus), so we ask all library users to be considerate of others.
If you think other library users are being too loud or misusing a space, you can contact us during staffed hours, and we will investigate. You can notify us via our Ask a Librarian online chat service, which is available via our Library Guides, email us at noise@bnu.ac.uk or visit the Library Help Desk in person.
